Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for various in-store tasks to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain clean store premises.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and handle equipment.
• Work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred.
