Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Role Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in daily tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor and report inventory accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks
