Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains high standards. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies, monitor inventory, and uphold company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
