Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by handling various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and professionalism in all tasks
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to improve store operations
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
