Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and that customers receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store appearance to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock merchandise, maintain well-organized shelves, and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed in this role.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
