Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains an excellent appearance and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include stock management, cashiering, and general cleaning tasks to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Capable of safely using store equipment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
