Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Operate the cash register accurately while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to handle equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
