Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
