Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour and requires the ability to work 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and arrange product displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
