Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise, stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with the team, communicate effectively, and adhere to company policies to ensure store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain store security, and handle confidential information.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks as required.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
