Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. Your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
