Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to contribute to the success of our store operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure neat displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
