We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment effectively
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience
