Job Description

We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) position at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the store's operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills essential for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management, offering feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of safely using equipment like hand jacks, scrubbers, and balers.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
