Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Role Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
