Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring store cleanliness. Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and communicate effectively with the team.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply company standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
