Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

• 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing various tasks including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts
• Adhering to cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
