Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. This position offers a starting wage of $19.50 per hour and an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience being a plus.
