Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles and competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor product levels, and report any issues to supervisors
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established security measures to safeguard company assets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company guidelines
• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Familiarity with retail environments preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
