Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at the new ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
