Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of successful store operations in preparation for managing your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
