Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing all aspects of store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and executing operational plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
• Participate in hiring and training processes.
• Create and manage staff schedules efficiently.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for team development.
• Ensure store budget and performance targets are met.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising activities.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
