Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join the ALDI team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for overseeing your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Operational knowledge of equipment and cash register procedures.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple training locations.
