Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, mentoring team members, and developing operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Understand and communicate the company's core values to create a cohesive team environment.
• Manage store personnel, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and proper signage.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure their resolution.
• Monitor inventory, conduct audits, and order products as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and customer service principles.
• Operational knowledge of equipment such as cash registers and store cleaning tools.
