Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to train on all aspects of successfully managing a store in preparation for running their own location. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Communicate and model the core values of the organization to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and develop operational action plans.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure proper store maintenance and product quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior experience in a retail environment with at least 3 years of progressive experience.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and interpret company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior management experience is a plus.
