Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and become an integral part of our retail team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of overseeing store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement company strategies and uphold core values to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and store merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating store equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
