Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will participate in all aspects of store management, including supervising daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and working on operational plans. You will play a vital role in developing and mentoring the store team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the company's core values and strategies to foster teamwork.
• Manage staffing by hiring, scheduling, and providing job responsibilities to team members.
• Ensure store maintenance, product quality, and appropriate merchandising.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Prior retail experience with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Capacity to operate equipment, manage budgets, and handle personnel costs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage: $27.50 per hour.
• Potential earnings in the first year up to $101,000 (including bonuses).
