Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and cultivating a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the core values of the organization to foster teamwork.
• Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and operational action plans.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and freshness standards are maintained.
• Participate in the hiring process, employee training, and performance management.
• Conduct store meetings, store inventory counts, and cash audits.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and retail operations.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and maintaining a safe environment.
