Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store successfully.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in hiring, training, and development of store personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management background preferred.
• Familiarity with budgeting, personnel management, and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and store equipment.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations for training.
