Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi's new store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, and creating operational plans while fostering team development.

Responsibilities
