Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations.
  • Report directly to the Owners.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff.
  • Organize and oversee staff schedules.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee discipline and termination following restaurant policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure food preparation compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and resolve complaints diplomatically.
  • Manage alcoholic beverage regulations and food costs.
  • Supervise inventory, purchases, and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with chefs on menu development.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare operational reports.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Flexible availability and strong supervisory skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant technology.
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines and quick learning aptitude.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous relevant restaurant management experience essential; completion of a management training program preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Move quickly throughout the restaurant.
  • Stand for prolonged periods or work on a computer.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
