Job Description
Northpoint Roofing Systems, a rapidly growing and innovative roofing company, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead business operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales, profitability, and employee management.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic plan for enhanced productivity.
- Guide the business unit in achieving annual budget and profitability goals.
- Monitor cash flow, job execution, and payment collection.
- Manage, hire, train, and develop high-performing employees.
- Communicate performance metrics to senior leaders.
- Identify growth opportunities and foster new business relationships.
- Facilitate operational excellence across business units.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Implement tools to drive sales growth and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in profit and loss management.
- 5+ years in sales or managing sales teams.
- 5+ years of P&L experience in construction.
- 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience in contracts administration and strategic planning.
