Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage
- Ensure all financial targets and KPIs are met
- Deliver a world-class member experience
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development
- Create a connection and motivate through high-energy classes
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness industry leadership or management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for fitness and creating a supportive community
- Ability to drive performance and exceed targets
