Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain top talent for Studio and Group Fitness classes.
- Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage through engaging classes and KPI achievement.
- Analyze business performance to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through cleanliness, safety, and flawless execution of programs and events.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of Instructors and Coaches.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a community-focused atmosphere.
