Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members by maximizing the utilization of our Studio and Group Fitness spaces.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and schedule talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high energy classes that motivate, uplift, and foster a sense of community among members.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing member needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive impact on members' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
