Responsibilities
- Recruit and acquire top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs.
- Ensure a world-class member experience by maintaining clean, safe spaces and flawless execution of playbooks and marketing events.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through evaluations, feedback, coaching, and training sessions.
- Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
