The Group Fitness Manager plays a vital role in creating a positive fitness environment, maximizing studio and group fitness usage while ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain a talented team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a sense of community among members and guests.
