Group Fitness Program Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness Program Lead to join the VASA Fitness team as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). In this role, you will report to the General Manager and oversee Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance, driving financial targets, and managing class schedules.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment and spaces are well-maintained, executing marketing events, and providing ongoing instructor development.
• Create connections with members by delivering high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and build community.
