VASA Fitness is seeking a motivated and energetic Group Fitness Program Lead to enhance our fitness experience. As part of our team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and driving member engagement through innovative fitness programs and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by creating competitive class schedules.
- Monitor and achieve financial targets and KPIs for STUDIO and Group Fitness areas.
- Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of initiatives and events.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructors to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness program management or group fitness instruction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive community.
- Certifications in group fitness, CPR, and first aid (preferred).
