ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals for the position of Checker/Driver, Non-Exempt in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong customer relationships by efficiently handling cargo transportation. Join our team and kick-start your career with ABF Freight.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, typically near the consolidation/distribution center.
• Load and unload trailers using relevant techniques and technology similar to those of dock workers.
• Responsibilities may vary based on terminal location.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training available for candidates with less experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Stable work history, outstanding work ethic, and safe driving records.
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
