ArcBest II ABF Freight is hiring a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator in Brooklyn, NY.

General Description of Duties

• Pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
• Utilize dock worker techniques for loading and unloading trailers.
• Duties and schedule may vary based on terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training available for less experienced candidates).
• Class-A CDL with necessary endorsements and no automatic restriction.
• Good stable work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet medical requirements.

Pay range: $27.23 - $30.26 per hour with overtime after 8 hours.
