Job Description
ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator for a full-time position in Reno, NV. Join one of the largest and most trusted LTL carriers and embark on a rewarding career with opportunities for growth.
General Description of Duties
- Responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations, primarily in proximity to the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers using standard techniques and technology.
- Duties and schedules may vary by terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience. Candidates with less experience may qualify for training.
- Hold a Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements, with no automatic restriction.
- Good stable work record with a safe driving history.
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet medical requirements.
