Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of non-IT work efforts to achieve business objectives within set timeframes and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful outcomes and negotiate timelines.
• Monitor progress, report achievements, and identify creative solutions to challenges.
• Manage project budgets, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 6 years of project/program management experience with a strong grasp of methodologies.
• Ability to navigate complex projects and risks, and support IT projects across organizational boundaries.
• Current participant in Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program Cohort 24-2.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or finance.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience addressing complex audiences and speaking to executive leadership.
