Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Product Manager (Mid-Level) to participate in Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Fellowship Cohort 24-2 with USAA. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in contributing to data-driven business and technology strategies, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and fostering collaboration between business and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) and Business Application Controls (BACs) to mitigate IT risks.
- Utilize data to provide insights to define strategic objectives for the business and technology leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to envision, define, and develop technology solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Assist in the development of detailed product features, requirements, and implementation plans/roadmaps.
- Facilitate the creation of business cases for technology solutions and participate in product/capability solution sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience.
- 4 years of technical product development experience with agile methodologies.
- Experience in gathering technical requirements, problem-solving, and system design/ownership.
- Ability to analyze and leverage data to understand complex business problems.
- Strong communication skills to convey business and technical concepts effectively.
- Current participant in Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program Cohort 24-2.
