Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team. We offer a supportive environment with state-of-the-art technology and comprehensive training opportunities. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, focusing on patient-centered care and goal-oriented treatment plans. The successful candidates will work full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts in New Castle County, DE, including weekend and holiday rotations.
