Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. This position offers flexible hours, competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
