Job Description
We are looking for experienced Home Care LPNs to join our team at ChristianaCare. As part of our HomeHealth division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing patient-centered care plans and participating in discharge planning. Successful candidates will hold a current DE LPN license and will support patients in New Castle County, DE.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
