Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Care LPN to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning, ensuring the well-being of our patients. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
