Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
