Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team at Cropp-Warrenton - Service Experts. As an Install Helper, you will work under direct supervision to assist in the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. This is a full-time, regular position based in Warrenton, VA.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installing HVAC equipment and accessories in customer's homes.
- Work under direct supervision to ensure installations meet company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Help with duct installations and deliver/remove necessary equipment.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold company image professionally.
- Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC training certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
